The receptionists Toey and Boom completed my check-in with excellent efficiency. They thoroughly explained the available amenities and pool timings. My room included a balcony and provided effective climate control, both air conditioning and hot water worked well. The hotel features a swimming pool open until late.
The sound isolation between rooms could be improved.

the staff was helpful. the pool was clean and not overcrowded. the location was good, with convenience stores and a coffee shop nearby. beach road was a few steps away. i will consider this hotel for future trips.
sound isolation in the rooms was not good. i could hear doors slamming loudly. the air conditioning was directly opposite the head of the bed. i did not find slippers or gowns.

i received a room upgrade at no cost. the room was spacious and clean. a free shuttle bus to nearby attractions was available. this was very convenient for getting around.
the air conditioning unit blew directly onto the bed. this made it difficult to maintain a comfortable temperature while sleeping. i had to adjust it frequently during the night.
